 "Bada Bing Bada Boom the Monster is Dead" !

Nothing but birds everywhere !

Now they're everywhere here !

We are in Wrightsville, NC and 

walked down to see the ocean ...obviously we 

haven't seen enough water yet !??!!

Today ended up being one of those days that you don't expect to happen.  Once we got to Wrightsville we had a little happy hour and then walked down to the beach, then to the grocery store.  Bob and I bought so much candy ~ it was a little crazy!  We also bought some fried chicken and we ended up eating it right outside of the store!  All four of us were starving!  Once we came back to the boat, happy hour continued and then Bob made burgers on the grill.  They were delicious!  Another beautiful day on the water!

The quote came from a friend of ours who has been battling with cancer for over a year now.  Today he found out his tumors were half the size of what they were originally and hopefully after 3 more rounds of chemo he will be considered in "remission!"  When his doctor gave him the news that's what he was quoted as saying!   He still has a long haul ahead of him but right now it sounds very promising!  Never give up the fight!!
