The beginning of the day brought a dynamic sunrise

Large fishing boats docked in the upper channel

One of the few places along this stretch for fuel

Marshy areas abound

At our anchorage for the night

Most of the day was spent in and out of small canals and
rivers.  The two bays we traversed were just flat as could
possibly be.  It warmed nicely, but no shirt off today.
We found a little splendid cover (Cedar Creek, NC)
early and was able to take a quick nap before happy hour.
