Well, lookey here what I found at the transom
this morning when I woke up!
A mermaid with a cup of coffee!
Now, I am a lucky guy!

Going to a local marina for our
Happy Hour ice

A really docile bird

At first I thought he was going to go home with us
but Bob told him that if he took a poo on the boat
he was really going flying!

See the crab?

Pelican's posing for their picture

Big Boy Heron

I didn't have to go out into the
Atlantic Ocean to see these guys -
The Tarpons
(great name for a local Keys band)

Bob speaking Pelicanese with a buddy

Pelican conversing back to Bob

Storymaker's reflection in the water

Jack, Kyleigh, and Shelly just happened to be
in the neighborhood !

Lorelei's Bar

Jack said "Look Bob it takes 3
blondes to try and figure out how
to turn a flash on"...worse part is
we never figured it out!

Sunset from Loreli's deck

A loafing day in Islamorada.  Lounging around the boat today and cleaned
a bit.  We went to a marina to pick up ice and had an ice cream cone.  The
birds, tarpons, and crabs were all hanging around the marina.  The guy at
the marina was not the friendliest so we just turned our attention to the wildlife
and watched it all around us as we had our cones.

Jack, Shelley, and Kyleigh Franklin from Riverwatch have been vacationing
in Florida the last week and they decided to go to Key West.  They rang us up
and we hooked up with them at Loreli's in Islamorada for Happy Hour, dinner,
and a sunset.  They hadn't gotten a room so we all went back to the boat by
dinghy in the pitch blackness.  Shelley saw a few shooting stars and we all
had a good time back at the boat for a few more Happy Hour drinks.
