Happy Birthday to my Beautiful Daughter!!

 

Jennifer Radech Kraft !!

 Only 29 years old, a wonderful daughter with a kind

personality, keen sense of humor, and, of course,

the perfect husband, Jon

Route 1 meanders 2377 miles from this point

to Fort Kent, Maine at the Canadian border.

Construction began in 1933 and, as you know,

some sections sure show it don't they?

We were tourists today checking out the most

southern part of the continental United States

We hopped off the bicycles for a quick photo

Key West is also known as "The Conch Republic."

Don't forget it is pronounced "konk" or you'll

get hit over the head with a coconut.

But didn't go in.

I never finished any of his books.

A splendid day on the boat, Lynn began decorating inside for Christmas and is

progressing well with ties around the curtains and lights (photos soon).  We

took our bicycle ride to the "Southern Most Point in the Continental United States" then

hooked up with Dave Cox, his brother Doug and wife Ann, Norm and Gail.

A real nice time with all of us!  We extended our time with our friends as

long as we could but since we didn't bring our bike lights or dinghy lights

we had to take off.  We finished the sunset on the back deck with very

little breeze.  Another perfect day!

 

Jenny was in our thoughts all day as it was her special day.
