This will give us AIS (Automatic Identification System)

capability which will allow us to track large ships

and others with AIS transponders.  We'll be able

to see the track and speed of these ships so we

can get the heck out of the way.

Movie night!!!!!!

Cliff pirated, "The Life of Pi," which is still in

the theaters.  He had a battery, inverter, DVD

player, and LED overhead projector.  He put

up a sailing jib and we all watched it from

our beach chairs out on our little deserted island.

Here's our view.

Bob wanted to get a shot of the tiger and Pi on

the little liferaft, but he forgot.

We're having fun now !!

Earlier Carl was chasing Laurie and jumping on her back

but they were too quick for us to get the picture !

So cute !!!

Here's Cliff's setup.

He found the suitcase on the side of the road.

He then installed a stereo, amplifier, antenna (the black

thingamabob at an angle on the left) and speakers.

He also installed a battery gauge and light (on the

right side).  He then hooks up the DVD player into

the suitcase and we got a surround sound -

nice and loud!!!!

Ed and boy was it good !!!

Someone tied a blue bag (with fish in it) at the end

of Jasmine's leash and Carl went nuts over it !  

Poor Jasmine is like, "knock it off!!"

Carl finally got a good grip on the bag and won't let go....

Jasmine yelped "I'm 17 years old and don't need 

this crap anymore!!!"

Carl replies,

"Jasmine,you ain't going no where without me !!!"

 

Well, another potluck dinner on the island.  With a special treat; a movie!  Who'd ever think.  Met some new people, couple of hot dogs and some soup and we had a heck of a time!  I worked on installing the new VHF radio earlier in the day - stay tuned for tomorrow's update!!!!
