We were up at 0330 this morning so Bob could pack and head back to Baltimore for a couple of weeks.  I took him to the dinghy dock and waited for the cab to pick him up then I came back to the boat.  Boy it sure is different driving the dinghy during the dark hours than the day hours.  I couldn't see anything but figured the worst that would happen is I'd get lost, turn off the motor, sleep till daylight, then mosey on back to my boat.  But luckily, I've been paying enough attention to drive straight back to the boat!

After Bob landed he called and said I should mention - it took 5 weeks to bring the boat to Key West and 4 hours (with a layover) to get home via plane....but I'm betting he enjoyed the boat ride more!

I talked with Jayne & Cindy this morning.  They invited me to brunch with them but I opted for
a nap instead. :0)  We are planning a girls day out in the next couple of days so I need to be ready for that!

I didn't do much today but lay around and watch a video.  Laying around was much needed!

I talked with Bob a couple of times.  He got to see Bill & Mo which was a treat even if it was only for a little bit, saw his parents which he was very happy about - he's been missing them! saw a couple of people from the MRYC and Scott from A pier at Riverwatch where we keep our boat.  He also said it looks like our pole has been moved which is a good thing and that the bay was iced over a lot!

He's quite impressed with Jon & Jen's place.  He said it's like staying at a 5 star Hilton with goodies every where!  They got to spend a couple of hours together last night which was good although I must admit I was a little jealous...I miss them a lot also!  He even has a kitty...Samantha!  She is so adorable!

Well I got a special request today.  A friend of mine from up north said the weather was so dreary she asked if I could post some green grass, flowers, and maybe some pictures of older homes; so I will be on the lookout for those types of pictures for the next few days, providing I get off the boat of course!
