Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. McGuire

Today in Harford County, MD
Mostly CloudyDay: Mostly cloudy. Highs around 46°F. North northeast wind to 8 MPH.

March 24, 2013 has finally arrived !
I remember the day she came to my boat and stuck it on
top of my single sideband radio and told me not
to move it and to NOT forget about it!
I didn't forget, nor did I move it, but I was not
able to make the wedding and I am so sorry for that Nikki!

Nicole Lynn and Brian Dennis are about
to become Mr. & Mrs. McGuire in a
couple of hours !

First the Bachelorette Party !

What a beautiful picture of Nikki, Grandmom, and Mom !

This is the shirt she has on above,
tomorrow she will be "Mrs. McGuire"

Congratulations Brian & Nikki !!
Your countdown is over !

Congratulations Mom !!

Love, Bob

and Lynn !!

Now, on for what's happening in my part of town!

This is our morning
and most of our day yesterday !
The winds are anywhere from 40-70 mph

This is what I have to look forward to
next week...going to be chilly during the day,
freezing during the night! But that's ok after
the last 18 hours!!

We are at Amelia Island where Fernandina Beach
is located.  We're still anchored on Bell's River
next to Gary and Jayne.
I asked Jayne  to stand by the fish not knowing for sure
what it was at the time, and she just starts laughing and saying
"I hate shrimp!"

The guys were walking so far ahead of us we Jayne
and I decided to stop here and wait for their
return trip back!
(editor's note - the guys were looking for food)

Jayne outside of the bar!

Us inside of O'Kane's

Now we are at Palace Saloon
Another "Florida's Oldest Bar?!?"

 Look what we find inside!

You gotta watch out for Jayne!

Gary and Bob look a little worried
'cause we're kicking their butts!

Boy they know they are in trouble now!

Trying to play catch up!
(editor's note - the guys ended up kicking butt!)

We are done playing pool now...
Pool:  Boys won 3 and Girls won 2
But it was fun!
Look at all the souvenir cups Jayne has!

Dream Catcher

We ran into Mary McConnell !!
from "Dances with Wolves"

Bob taking a dinghy ride!

Our peeper tonight!

Our congratulations to Nikki & Brian.  Our thoughts are with you on your special day and we're sorry we couldn't make it.

The rain and blow continued through the morning and we were finally able to pick up Gary and Jayne with the dinghy about 1500 hours.  Still a tad rough, and we got a little wet, but we pulled into the marina right off the ICW and locked the dinghy up.  We walked up into town and found it covered with tourists (no Spring Breakers though).  We hit a couple bars, played some pool, and were back at the boats by 1900 hours.  We had a beautiful sunset !
