I care, really I do :0)

Guess what we caught at 1145 this morning
You can barely see the line in the water

There it is !!
A crab pot again !

Guess who gets to go swimming :0)

Bob gets to have all the fun !

Believe it or not, it wasn't as cold as
he thought it was going to be !
(It's now 1415 and Gary is jumping in to
cut a line from a crab pot he just snagged!)

Here it is !

Now I'm the Captain so Bob can get on
clean, dry clothes !

My Captain was cold & hungry
but feeling much better now !

Well lookie here....
Somebody put up their jib !!!

The Captain is taking his needed nap !
Although, I doubt he is sleeping soundly
knowing I'm at the wheel !

7 Mile Bridge

Our sunset in Marathon

Janye & Jamine

Gary & Bob toasting to a great day  !

Dropped the mooring ball at 0645 and led Dream Catcher out from the Mooring Field.  The morning hours brought calm and sunshine as we passed the docks at Mallory Square.  The Mouse Ship was already there letting passengers off as we passed by.  We went up the Northwest Channel then turned towards the east.  We spotted some friends of ours; the dolphins!  Four of them came up and gave us a wink welcoming us back!  The winds picked up to a steady 12-15 knots, gusting to 20 knots.  Bouncing around until we picked up a ghost crab pot line.  Bob went into the water and freed the line all in one breath.

We then turned farther east down towards Marathon.  We hoisted the jib awhile and maybe gained another 1/2 knot.  Then the winds died completely, which was nice.  We passed under the Seven Mile Bridge with calm, flat seas.  We snaked into the harbor at Marathon and dropped the hook.  Gary and Jayne then came in and dropped theirs.  Bob & Gary took a quick ride around the hundreds of boats at anchor and on the mooring balls talking to some of the other sailors on catamarans.  I stayed with Jayne and Jasmine to unwind with a cold beverage.

But then it was back to Storymaker, a quick sandwich, and bed by 0830 hours!
