Today was supposed to be our last day in Key West, FL. but around 1500 hours we decided it was too rough to try and get Gary's anchors out of the water. Gary & Jayne are going to Miami with us for a couple of days so we are waiting for them. Looks like it will be Friday before we leave now.
Bob and I did our usual yakking again today. He went to Publix again, Kmart, got another can of gas and a couple more bottles of water. I went to Ace Hardware again, got my fishing/lobster license, and washed and waxed my bicycle for the return trip home ;0), Together we went to Circle K and bought some more beer and then to the Marina to pick up our mail.
This evening we put away all the scuba gear that was out and anything else that needed to be secured for the trip home.
Tomorrow, since we are not leaving now, is going to be a down day for us. We hope to bicycle around Key West one more time and lay on the beach for a bit. Now that's a great way to end our trip !
