This was the sun coming up this morning
You can see Dream Catcher's mast off to the right

The moon off the stern of our boat
This was our anchorage last night

Here comes the sun

Jasmine checking out everything in the grass at the
marina where we stopped for gas.
You can see her front & back....she has
on a nice cozy sweater!

Bob helping Gary with the hose to gas up Dream Catcher

Bob putting the water hose away
He's being so careful...the thing must be 20 years
old, frozen, and not willing to cooperate

The Magic Bus!

Here is a tug boat and a dredger, and then along comes....

A container ship!  it was huge!

Here are 2 container ships, same location,
one coming from the the north, the other the south
We actually saw 2 coming from the south
at the same time....very busy
intersection here...I must say.....we made
it through just in time!

North and South passing through

Bob's breakfast!
I made spaghetti & meatballs for dinner last night
and he said he wanted a meatball omelet
I told him I only had 1 meatball left and
he was OK with it !

Another beautiful home on the water!

We're freezing...I can only imagine how cold this
person is....although his adrenaline is probably
keeping him warm at this point!

Another crazy person

This water tank says
"We Make Marines"
Parris Island
(Mike Petrick I thought of you immediately!!)

We are in Beaufort, SC and met these
people at the dinghy dock
One of them was a retired U.S. Senator
We had a good time joking with them about
Mark Sanford!  They said they weren't able
to vote for him because he was out of their district....
however, they are hoping to be invited to the
wedding of his Argentina fiance'  !!

Houseboat at the marina

Check this hat out...
It's a bike helmet with a flap attached
to it?!!?!!

This represents all the different services....
including
The Boy Scouts of America!

Beautiful plaque

These flowers were so soft
Don't know what kind they are ?!!?
But will try and find out

Us walking around in Beaufort, SC

Gary thanking all the soldiers who died for
us in different wars.  He to was a service man.

Information on Beaufort

 Our dinghy and Storymaker
Bet you can't figure out which ones
they are.  I barely can!

Storymaker with what's left of our sunset

Today was a good day.  The weather was pretty chilly until the afternoon, but once we got into Beaufort, SC and got off the boat it warmed up considerably.  I put on a pair of jeans today, first time since I left Middle River!  It's just that chilly!

After doing the town we went back to Dream Catcher and Jayne made us a great dinner.  It was Thai food and boy was it delicious.  I'm actually thinking about trying to cook it one night....I know.....hard to believe!

Tomorrow we are headed to Charleston, SC.  Not any warmer but a little closer to home.
